These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeMesa (the "Platform"), including our website, signal feeds, courses, and token-based services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use TradeMesa. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

2. Nature of the Service

TradeMesa is a marketplace connecting independent analysts and educators with traders. Signals, courses, and market commentary published on the Platform are provided by third-party analysts and are for informational and educational purposes only. TradeMesa does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice, and is not a registered broker, dealer, or investment advisor.

3. Tokens and Payments

Access to signals and courses is purchased using platform tokens. Tokens are credited to your account upon purchase and do not expire. Token purchases are final except where required by law or covered by our refund policy for specific content types.

4. Analyst and Creator Content

Analysts and instructors are independent third parties responsible for the accuracy of their own content. TradeMesa reviews creator applications before publishing access is granted, but does not guarantee the performance, accuracy, or outcome of any signal or course.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by circumventing token payments, scraping content, impersonating another user, or publishing misleading or fraudulent signals or reviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeMesa and its affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of signals, courses, or other content accessed through the Platform. See our Risk Disclaimer for details on trading risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
